Day Agenda

- 9:00am  Scouts arrive at Camp Tom Wooten.  Head to the pavilion next to the parking lot.  We will have Pack Leadership there by 8am.

- 9:05am - 9:15am: Discuss plan for the day and organize groups.

- 9:15am - 10:00am:  Review range safety procedures.

- 10:00am - 10:45am: Shooting Session #1a

- Archery: Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear

- BB Gun/Slingshot:  Webelos, Arrow of Light

- 10:45am - 11:00am: - Water break and groups switch ranges

- 11:00am - 11:45am:   Shooting Session #1b

- Archery: Webelos, Arrow of Light

- BB Gun/Slingshot:  Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear

- 12:00pm - 1:00pm:  - Lunch - Pack will provide lunch on Saturday between sessions (volunteers will be needed to help setup and clean-up).  Sandwiches and treats.

Other Important Info:          -  Please please please RSVP by Friday at NOON if you are going to make it so we have enough lunch for everyone and maximize shooting time for everyone.            -  Please arrive at 9am if you can.  We have a lot of safety info to review before the scouts can shoot on the range.          -  I know several of you can only come later in the day, which is OK.   Do your best to arrive for the break prior to one of the shooting sessions so we can be sure to review the safety info with your scout.          -  We have a lot of shooting sessions so scouts will have more than enough time to get in all the shooting they want.

-  Lunch:  We need volunteers to help our Grubmaster setup lunch!          -  Please bring reusable cups/mugs for water/lemonade.  The pack will not be providing disposable cups for drinks.          -  Uniform - Scouts are encouraged to wear Class A uniforms while we are at the Scout Camp.  For those who don't have a Class A yet, please wear Class B (Pack 442 t-shirt).-  Lions: Lion scouts will be doing sling shot and archery.  They are not permitted to use BB guns.            -  Siblings:  While siblings are welcome at the event, they are not permitted on the BSA range.  Only scouts are permitted to be on the BSA range and use the equipment.

-  What else to bring:  Camping chairs, water bottle, sun screen, snack (in case you miss lunch)
