Webelos Woods is the first opportunity for 4th-grade Webelos Cub Scouts to learn what Scouts BSA is all about, and for 5th-grade Webelos Cub Scouts to continue to meet and interact with Scout Troops as part of preparing to cross over into Scouts BSA.

This event is for 4th and 5th graders only.
Chisholm Trail annual Webelos Woods is an event that brings troops from our district together for a weekend of fun, scout-skill based booths to market each unit to the 4th and 5th graders registered in Webelos and Arrow of Light Dens within our District. Troop booths promote scout spirit among the district through well planned activities that engage and excite potential crossover youth while youth leaders inform Parents what they can expect if that troop is chosen as a family's next Scouting home. Held in September this event allows troops to invite interested families to their October or November meetings and campouts to help Arrow of Lights fullfill Scouting Adventure requirements.
This event will also be open on a day pass basis to 4th grade and above families not currently registered in Scouting.
